FM: The Maritime Authority of Jamaica
Effective February 1, 2013, the above mentioned endorsements will become invalid.
All officers are required to contact the Caribbean Maritime Institute to complete the requisite mandatory management-level courses for the new issuance of a management-level certificate of competency.
